Q:  Who do I contact if I don’t think the grades and comments information is correct?
A:  Please have your student contact his or her teacher via email.

Q:  When I click on View Comments a window opens but there is no text, what is wrong?
A:  We have seen this issue with certain browser/operating system combinations and their various security settings. If you are running Internet Explorer 7 or 8 you can change a setting in the browser to allow the printed page to be visible. To do this:
1. In the browser Select Tools, then Internet Options from the menu
2. Select the Security Tab, then Trusted sites
3. Add https://secureportal.exeter.edu as a Trusted Site
4. Set the Security Level for this zone as Medium
5. Choose OK, then close the browser and re-open and re-try
If you are using Internet Explorer I suspect this will solve the problem, but let us know if it doesn’t.
